You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from countryside to city. We are working purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a fixed-term employment with a 100% employment rate. The employment starts immediately and lasts until March 31, 2026. Your working hours will be scheduled between 06:45-16:45 with varying hours, Monday to Friday. You will be based at Östergårdsgatan 8, Mölndal.

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and delivering. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Driver's license B and experience driving a car
• Swedish spoken and written
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
